We currently do not offer returns or refunds on products once the order has been delivered.

Please review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Policy

Replacements will only be provided in special cases where:

  • the product received is severely damaged during delivery, or

  • the wrong product was delivered.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear unboxing video

    • Photos showing the issue

Without proper proof, replacement requests may not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement

  • Product must be unused and unwashed.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • Replacement requests are subject to verification by our team.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not provide replacements for:

  • minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences

  • sizing issues

  • change of mind

  • delayed deliveries caused by courier services

  • normal wear and tear
